As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will:
· Work one-on-one with patients in a home environment
· Collaborate with a supervising RN
· Computerized documentation
· Provide skilled care to the patient as per the physician’s orders.
· Exercise strong decision-making and judgment skills
· Work with an interdisciplinary team in weekly case conferences
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
· Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience needed.
· Must be CPR certified
· Must work well independently, enjoy problem-solving, and understand the importance of
accurate documentation.
· Must have critical thinking skills.
· Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
· Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
