As a Mental Health Technician on the Behavioral Health Unit, you’ll support nurses and clinical staff in caring for adults experiencing acute emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric difficulties. You’ll assist with daily care, safety monitoring, therapeutic interactions, and documentation to ensure patients receive safe, highâquality, patientâcentered care.
