Occupational Therapist – PRN in Irving, TX

Ashford Hall is seeking a compassionate PRN OT to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping residents improve their recovery, strength and overall independence. As part of our collaborative in-house rehabilitation team, you will provide personalized, resident-centered therapy and develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress, improved function, and a higher quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat 
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate residents, families, caregivers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to the care team
• Support restorative nursing and interdisciplinary care initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Active state therapy license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
