We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a PRN or Part-Time capacity.
In this role, you won't just follow a checklist; you'll create personalized treatment plans that address the unique physical, cognitive, and communication needs of our residents. If you enjoy building relationships with patients and their families while delivering high-quality clinical care, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Restore Independence: Develop and implement treatment goals to improve residents' motor skills and daily living activities.
- Collaborate & Educate: Train patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses and progress.
- Evaluate & Document: Assess patient needs and maintain clear, accurate records of their journey toward recovery.
- Communicate: Act as a bridge between the clinical team and the patient's support system.
What You'll Need:
- License: An active state Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Experience:Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively advocate for your patients.
