A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist for a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Hudson, WI. This PRN/on-call position is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to long-term care patients, including reviewing and dispensing prescriptions, performing medication consultations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate patient records. The pharmacist will work independently during evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care. Additional responsibilities include medication compounding, inventory management, supervising pharmacy support staff, resolving medication-related concerns, and ensuring safe and accurate dispensing practices. This role is ideal for a Wisconsin-licensed pharmacist who is comfortable working in an after-hours environment and has experience in long-term care, compounding, or on-call pharmacy operations.
