What You’ll DoPremier Therapy is seeking a PRN OTR to support residents in a skilled nursing setting in Burton, OH. In this role, you’ll help people regain daily function, independence, and confidence through individualized occupational therapy services.Key responsibilities include:- Evaluate residents and develop goal-driven plans of care- Deliver evidence-based treatment and adaptive strategies- Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes per facility and payer standards- Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care- Educate residents and families to support carryover and safetyRequired qualifications/skills:- Current Occupational Therapist license (OTR) in Ohio (or eligible)- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab preferredIf you’re a dependable PRN OTR who values quality care, apply today.Benefits That Matter- Competitive salary- 401(k) - That's right!
