What You'll Do

As a Patient Service Representative, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by:

  • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Managing patient registrations and intake paperwork
  • Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations
  • Collecting copays and patient balances
  • Communicating with therapists regarding scheduling needs
  • Maintaining accurate patient information in our electronic medical record
  • Helping keep the clinic organized and running efficiently
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, medical reception, customer service, or administrative support is preferred—but not required.

Experience with:

  • Medical scheduling
  • Insurance verification
  • Electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Customer service
is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
