Synergy Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at The Traditions – Lover's Lane, an outpatient clinic serving residents of an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, or expected to graduate within six (6) months
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid state Physical Therapist license
