Come join our amazing team! Duties and Responsibilities:Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses Devise creative, effective, team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patientsMotivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility Qualifications:Must have valid Washington PT license that is in good standingPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility preferredCompassionate and forward thinkingEffective communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Aurora Valley Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
