Physical Therapist (PT)/Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibility Highlights include:
· Performing procedures, tests, and complex treatments to ensure safe and effective evaluation and treatment of residents.
· Attend and participate in family meetings as appropriate
· Attends and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.
Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Minimum Qualifications
· Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License in the state of Pennsylvania
