Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve functional goals
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director and/or Regional Leadership on clinical operations and patient outcomes
- Promote evidence-based practice and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Participating in community outreach and business development as needed
- Maintain professional licensure and stay current with continuing education
Qualifications
We are seeking:
- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current state of Texas license
- Responsible individual with a solid work ethic and commitment to patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams and leadership
- Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and staying current with continuing education
