PRN Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious  Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing operations supporting a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PRN Production Associate

Location: Trinity, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift: Thursday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Thursday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

(PRN associates will be scheduled based on business needs and availability.)

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production line machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and remain on feet for extended periods
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
