Synergy Care is looking for a Physical Therapist to fill a PRN need at our skilled nursing facility located in Prophetstown, IL.
In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
