PRN PTA

Henry Rehab & Nursing is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility setting. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work closely with residents focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.

What You'll Do:

• Provide therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility activities
• Observe resident performance and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT
• Encourage resident participation and support treatment goals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
