Just-In Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis to conduct client assessments and assist with caregiver training.
This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible supplemental income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals receiving care in their homes.
Responsibilities:- Conduct initial in-home client assessments
- Perform routine client reassessments and update care plans as needed
- Provide caregiver training and competency evaluations
- Communicate clinical observations and recommendations to the office team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Compensation:- Initial Client Assessment: $90 per visit
- Client Re-Assessment: $60 per visit
- Caregiver Training / Administrative Time: $35 per hour
Qualifications:- Active RN license in the state with 2+ years experience
- Home care, hospice, geriatric, or community health experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for local client visits
