We’re seeking a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Caregiver Mentor. This non-clinical, part-time role supports our home care team by conducting client assessments, training caregivers, and ensuring quality care for seniors in the community.

What You’ll Do:
- Available to work in the office and be available to be out in the field. Conduct in-home, non-medical client assessments and update care plans
- Train caregivers on safe techniques, including transfers, gait belt use, and Hoyer lift operation using our Center of Excellence training room.
- Perform periodic quality assurance visits and caregiver skills assessments
- Assign additional training's to caregivers as needed
- Serve as a trusted resource for non-clinical client care concerns
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, training sessions, and evaluations
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in Florida
- CPR Card
- Drivers License; Car, Car insurance

- Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passion for making a difference and supporting caregivers in their roles
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
