PRN Registered Nurse – In-Office/Outpatient Post-Op | GYN Surgery
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide post-operative care for patients undergoing GYN surgical procedures in an outpatient, office-based setting.
Responsibilities include:
Provide post-operative nursing care and monitoring
Assess patients following procedures and monitor for complications
Manage pain, nausea, and recovery needs
Provide discharge instructions and patient education
Communicate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure patient safety and a positive recovery experience
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license
Previous post-op, ambulatory surgery, PACU, or GYN experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and patient-care skills
Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
Schedule: PRN/as needed based on scheduled GYN procedures. Surgery days are typically one Monday a Month
