Hillcrest House – Residential Staff Opportunities
At Hillcrest House (a program of Sanctuary House), we provide a safe, supportive home for adults living with serious mental illness—and we’re looking for caring, dependable people to join our team.
Pay & Perks
$15–$17 per hour, based on experience and education

Open Position
PRN (As Needed - Minimum of 2 shifts per month required)
- 1st Shift: 8 am - 3 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3 pm - 10 pm
- 3rd Shift (Overnight Sleep Shift): 10 pm - 8 am
What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills
- Build positive, supportive relationships
- Help create a safe, stable, and welcoming environment
- Respond calmly and appropriately to resident needs
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and compassionate individuals
- Valid NC driver’s license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person.
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in mental health, caregiving, or group home settings
