Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a PRN Residential Technician to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, as needed, for our Bloomington, IL location.

 

Pay Range: The anticipated starting pay for this position is $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, with additional shift differential for overnight hours. Compensation is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support clients in residential treatment to ensure a safe and structured environment• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit, including following food safety standards• Assist clients with daily living activities and routines• Supervise and engage clients in recreational and leisure activities• Accurately document attendance, services provided, and progress notes in the electronic medical record• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support client care and program operations• Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, emphasizing respect, empowerment, and wellness

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old• High school diploma or equivalent required• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)• Basic computer skills and ability to use an electronic medical record (EMR)• Valid driver’s license and insurability required if transporting clients
