Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services at Willow Falls in Crest Hill and Eden Vista Rock Run in Joliet, Illinois.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing precautions.
Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.
Qualifications
Active and current Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Geriatric, dysphagia, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Crest Hill and Joliet.
