Edenbrook Hampton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. We are looking for a committed and patient-focused PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to develop, recover or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with physical, mental or developmental conditions. You will offer effective and client-centered services that will enable people to confidently and independently carry out everyday tasks or activities.

Position: PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
  • Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.

Qualifications

  • Current Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing.
  • A degree from an accredited SLP program.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
