Overview:

Pay: $35-$42 per hour (DOE)
Location: 5340 S. Quebec Street, Suite 205 Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (On-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 7:00pm - Flexible schedule
This is a PRN role with a minimum of 1-2 shifts per month guaranteed and up to 2 days/week to cover PTO or unexpected absences.

We’re seeking a PRN Therapist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)—where you’ll play a vital role in supporting youth facing anxiety, depression, and suicidality.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to regular full-time staff by leading group, individual, and family family therapy sessions.
- Ensure rigorous documentation compliance with state regulations, maintaining confidentiality and managing interactions with relevant government agencies.
- Drive program effectiveness through outcomes testing, quality standards implementation, to enhance client engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Fully licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or provisionally licensed (PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW) within 6 months of obtaining full clinical license.
- Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
- Required: High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence based systemic techniques.
- Preferred: 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Preferred: This is a contract position and the ideal candidate comes with thier own liability insurance already in place.
- Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Required Education: Master's degree in behavioral sciences (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)
