PRN TMA – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care

Connected Health’s partner facility in Cloquet, Minnesota is seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Trained Medication Assistant (TMA) to join their team.

This position is ideal for a TMA who is comfortable providing medication assistance while also stepping into CNA responsibilities as needed throughout the shift. The successful candidate will be a team player who is willing to support residents and facility staff wherever needed.

Shift Options

• Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Safely pass and administer medications within the scope of TMA certification and facility policies

• Provide routine CNA care and resident assistance as needed

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, toileting, and other daily needs

• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff to provide quality resident care

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and resident-care standards

Requirements

• Current TMA certification required

• CNA experience and/or certification preferred

• Willingness to perform CNA duties while on shift

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Ability to work independently while following established care plans and facility procedures

• Commitment to providing respectful, resident-centered care
