Ultrasound Technician

Location: Dalhart, TX, 79022

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and OB/GYN ultrasounds exams
• Perform vascular and/or echocardiogram ultrasound exams preferred but not required
• Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort
• Operate ultrasound equipment and capture quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to review and evaluate images
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Registered or registry-eligible through ARDMS or CCI
• Prior experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Must be computer savvy and comfortable navigating electronic systems
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care
