Opportunity Overview- Provide direct psychiatric patient care to adult and geriatric patients in a 120-bed inpatient facility
- Work weekends (must be willing to commit to a minimum of one weekend a month)
- Hours 8-5 (with some scheduling flexibility)
- Collaborate with nurse practitioner
- Typical case load 12-16 patients/day
- Primarily inpatient, may include occasional coverage of IOP
- Unit has UR and social worker
- Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
- Access to TeamHealth's clinician wellness program and referral program
- Developed infrastructure with extensive back-office support as well as local management
Requirements- Must be board certified/eligible
- Must be licensed in the state of Indiana
Compensation- Competitive weekend stipend
- Extra pay for: quality bonus, after hour call coverage (rotation/voluntary), weekday coverage (voluntary), and nurse practitioner collaboration
