We are looking for the right people to join our great team of solid people and cleaning professionals. 

Nice & Fresh Cleaners is a locally owned Asheville area company.  We clean homes and offices, mostly for families, elderly clients, and busy professionals. The way we show up makes a real difference in their lives. It’s important we have the right people to help in our efforts.

We'll train the right person from scratch, however those who are naturally detail oriented tend to be a better fit for our clients. 

Pay

• $17.50/hour during a short trial / training — 100 hours maximum (often much quicker)
• $20/hour base after training, and you can get there faster by picking it up quickly
• Tips average an additional $2–$5/hour for our residential cleaners (not guaranteed)
• Plus supplies management pay, and travel reimbursement
• $1,000 sign-on bonus at first 400 hours worked

Schedule

Daytime residential shifts, Monday through Saturday. Full-time or part-time. Some evening shifts may be available for commercial and offices.

Once you're trained and established, we work with you to build a schedule that fits your life — the days you want, the hours you want, adjusted as things change. 

We build schedules around real availability and want to understand yours — right now, some Saturday availability is especially helpful.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This is a commuter-heavy job, best suited to people in the greater Asheville/Buncombe area
• Smartphone with data plan
• Able to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
• Clean background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
