We are looking for the right people to join our wonderful team of solid people and cleaning professionals. 

Nice & Fresh Cleaners is a locally owned Asheville area company.  We clean homes and offices, mostly for families, elderly clients, and busy professionals. The way we show up makes a real difference in their lives. It’s important we have the right people.

We'll train the right person from scratch, however those who are naturally detail oriented tend to be a better fit for our clients. 

Pay

• $17.50/hour during a short trial / training — 100 hours maximum (often much quicker)
• $20/hour base after training, and you can get there faster by picking it up quickly
• Tips average an additional $2–$5/hour for our residential cleaners (not guaranteed)
• Plus supplies management pay, and travel reimbursement
• $1,000 sign-on bonus at first 400 hours worked

Schedule

Daytime residential shifts, Monday through Saturday. Full-time or part-time. Some evening shifts may be available for commercial and offices.

Once you're trained and established, we work with you to build a schedule that fits your life — the days you want, the hours you want, adjusted as things change. 

We build schedules around real availability and want to understand yours — right now, some Saturday availability is especially helpful.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This is a commuter-heavy job, best suited to people in the greater Asheville/Buncombe area
• Smartphone with data plan
• Able to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
• Clean background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
