    Fast paced, national, award winning plaintiff litigation firm with a proven record of success is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Probate Litigation Attorney to join their growing Probate team. This firm has a commitment to excellence. Their management maintains a collaborative and supportive workplace while providing mentorship. As a Probate Attorney at the firm, you will have your own docket of Probate cases consisting of Wills, Heirships, and Small Estate Affidavits. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of Probate experience, experience in handling Will Contests is a plus but not a requirement. Will not handle drafting of wills, trusts or provide estate planning.Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.This position is based out of the firm's Houston, TX office, onsite is preferred, hybrid or remote work schedule can be an option , however, you must be able to attend all in person hearings across Texas.Qualifications:Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' Probate litigation experience, experience in handling Will Contests is a plus but not a requirement, Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.Must be a good standing member of the Texas barMust be able to attend in person hearing throughout TexasMust have excellent case management skills and organizational skillsMust possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Must have solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsMust have the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriatelyMust be able to thrive under pressure and be self-motivatedBenefits:Paid time offPaid holidaysHealth insurance benefits (medical, dental and vision)Life insurance401K with employer match#J-18808-Ljbffr
