Fast paced, national, award winning plaintiff litigation firm with a proven record of success is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Probate Litigation Attorney to join their growing Probate team. As a Probate Attorney at the firm, you will have your own docket of Probate cases consisting of Wills, Heirships, and Small Estate Affidavits. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of Probate experience, experience in handling Will Contests is a plus but not a requirement.
