Fully Remote

A growing probate litigation practice is looking for an Associate Attorney to join a team that values excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about trust and estate disputes and wants to work in a supportive, tech‑forward environment.

  • Research complex issues related to trust & estate litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
  • Support cases from inception through trial
  • Make probate court appearances
  • Assist with probate, conservatorship, and guardianship matters
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and handle smaller matters independently
  • 1-3 years of probate litigation experience
  • Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • California Bar membership
  • Strong academic record; law review is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $125,000-$170,000 (based on billable hour track)
  • 1,550‑ or 1,750‑hour options
