Farr Law Firm P.A. is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and highly organized Probate Paralegal to join our Punta Gorda office. In this full-time, in‐person role, you’ll independently manage key aspects of estate and trust administration; from court filings to asset transfers to meaningful client communication.

A Day in the Life
Your work may include:
- Client Communication – Supporting clients through the probate process and reviewing financial documentation with care and clarity
- Document Preparation – Drafting, organizing, and managing legal documents for attorney review
- Asset Management – Assisting with the collection, valuation, and liquidation of estate assets
- Creditors’ Claims – Reviewing, tracking, and managing claims filed against the estate
- Tax Filings – Assisting with estate tax returns and related filings
- In‐office schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Word)
- 2+ years of experience in probate or estate planning (paralegal or legal assistant)
- Knowledge of fiduciary accounting is a plus
- Experience as a Probate Paralegal preferred, not required
- Florida Registered Paralegal designation is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree helpful but not required
