A law firm in Orlando, Florida is looking for a Probate, Trust and Commercial Litigation Attorney who can handle the full picture. From probate administration to courtroom advocacy. This is not a role where you watch from the sidelines. You will be in hearings, depositions and trials from day one.

What you will be doing:

• Handling probate, trust and commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Drafting and filing legal documents
• Conducting legal research
• Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions and trials
• Engaging in probate administration, estate planning and corporate law matters

What you need to bring:

• Florida Bar membership in good standing
• one to five or more years of probate, trust and commercial litigation experience
• Courtroom experience including substantive hearings, depositions and trials
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
