- Facilitate process reviews, workshops, or working sessions with stakeholders
- Coordinate issue resolution and process escalations
- Identify opportunities for automation or simplification
- Ensure processes comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
- Design and recommend future-state processes.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to identify, organize and complete tasks with limited direction
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to organize and push work forward
- Proficient in tracking performance metrics
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Data Management and Governance
- Understanding of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance
