Document and maintain business processes.
Facilitate process reviews, workshops, or working sessions with stakeholders.
Coordinate issue resolution and process escalations.
Identify opportunities for automation or simplification.
Ensure processes comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
Design and recommend future-state processes.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
Self-starter with the ability to identify, organize and complete tasks with limited direction.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to organize and push work forward.
Proficient in tracking performance metrics.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:(Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, operations management, Information Technology or related.
Understanding of Data Management and Governance.
Understanding of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
