Process Analyst

Location: Chester, VA
Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and recommend changes to internal processes and standards to enhance efficiency.
• Assist on multiple concurrent projects to identify and document major business processes.
• Conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis against industry and non-industry processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness without compromising reliability, availability, or safety.
• Develop business cases to support recommendations.
• Monitor the progress of implemented changes.
• Apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodology, benchmarking, project management, and change management to projects.
• Perform assignments to develop work knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Demonstrate ability to perform more complex work assignments over time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a directly related field.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate and work on multiple project teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
• Proficient in business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Associates’ degree with strong experience also considered.
