Role Summary
The Process Analyst- Gen AI will lead cross-functional initiatives that support the development and workflow integration of digital tools, with a focus on GenAI-enabled solutions, process improvement, and organizational change. This role will partner with teams to translate business needs into practical solutions, manage project execution, and drive adoption of new tools and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with functional teams to identify and prioritize GenAI workflow opportunities.
Coordinate the implementation of GenAI-enabled use cases, demos, microlearnings, and adoption resources.
Support process improvement efforts by understanding current-state workflows, identifying pain points, and helping implement future-state solutions.
Develop and coordinate change management activities, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, feedback loops, and adoption tracking.
Measure and report on project progress, process improvements, training completion, adoption, and business impact.
Ensure initiatives are aligned with business priorities, responsible AI practices, and sustainable ways of working.
Required Qualifications
Experience managing cross-functional projects, programs, or operational initiatives.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with process improvement, digital transformation, organizational change, or business operations.
Ability to translate complex needs into clear plans, actions, and deliverables.
Comfortable working through ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
