Our client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a Process Analyst for their Woodridge, IL location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update operational dashboards
  • Manage asset tracking and inventory processes
  • Identify and deactivate expired programs (campaigns, or records)
  • Monitor case management systems
  • Perform data cleanup activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, and operational initiatives.
  • Provide operational support for special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.
 
Requirements:
  • Nintex (workflow creation) / SharePoint (form management) preferred but not required.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, effective solutions
  • Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, team-first approach with the ability to influence and lead across function
