Description

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Process Automation Senior Developer for its Johnston, Rhode Island location.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation and support of applications that support consumer banking applications, with a focus on the development of process automations for the Consumer Robotics Process Automation Team.

  • Plan, analyze, design, develop/code, test and implement cutting-edge application components for use in commercial or end-user applications.

  • Gather requirements and build automations leveraging Blueprism or UiPath software.

  • Work with Business Improvement Consultants and SME's to understand process maps and use cases for automations.

  • Determine hardware/software systems requirements and lead design.

  • Ensure accuracy of business cases and that solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field and 3 years of experience as Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software Developer, or related position.

Must have at least 3 years of experience with the following:

  • Analyzing and coordinating business activities and operational resources for various large projects using the Agile, Scrum and Waterfall software development processes.

  • Developing power BI dashboards pulling data from SQL databases.

  • Designing and developing complex business processes using Blue prism; Integrating CyberArk and Blue prism to help secure business application credentials to make automated processes controls compliant.

  • Developing Excel and Power B1 dashboards for business visibility.

  • Collecting business specifications, analysis, design and development and testing throughout the entire life cycle.

  • Developing and implementing test validations of the dashboards and processes using Blue Prism.

  • Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the reports to meet project specifications using Jira.

  • Developing different test cases to check the working of the software solution prepared by creating various test environments.

  • Creating test cases, test scripts, test scenarios to ensure that applications work according to business requirements.

  • Coordinating investigation, analysis and resolution of complex application problems related to business system functions.

  • Documenting business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions.

May telecommute from any U.S. location.
