Referral Bonus AvailableJoin a Growing Food Manufacturing Team!We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support daily production, inventory, and data management in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. What You'll Do- Prepare and scale ingredients according to production formulas.
- Read and follow daily production schedules.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Enter production data and work orders into the Fishbowl inventory system.
- Generate production and inventory reports.
- Support Production and Quality Assurance teams.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and identify process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, BRC, and food safety standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications? High School Diploma or GED
? 1–2 years of production, inventory, administrative, or data entry experience
? Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
? Comfortable working with computer systems and databases
? Food manufacturing experience is a plus
? Fishbowl ERP experience is a plus
? ServSafe or Food Handler Certification is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 35 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Bend, walk, and climb stairs as needed.
- Comfortable working in hot and cold production environments.
