What You'll Be Doing
Lead a production team in optimizing plant safety, plant performance and plant efficiency.
Operate cement kiln and milling circuits in alignment with plant targets and regulatory requirements.
Communicate/coordinate with other plant teams (e.g. quality, maintenance, environment, etc.) relative to operational needs and performance.
Lead plant personnel on process control systems and best practices.
Utilize operating and administrative technologies, software and methodologies.

Analytical mindset
Experience in cement or heavy process environment, with the ability to influence cross functional teams and guide operators toward consistent, high quality production.
Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and product quality, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements and plant standards.
Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic manufacturing setting, with the confidence to make informed decisions during atypical operating conditions, equipment changes, or process variability
Work Environment This role operates in a heavy industrial setting, including exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. The position requires time spent both in the Control room and within the plant floor, with a focus on safety, compliance and collaboration.
