Here's The Role

We're seeking a dedicated Process & Data Analyst to join our ambitious Wholesale Analytics & Planning team! This position offers an outstanding opportunity to reshape our business processes with data and modern solutions. You'll work alongside technically adept business analysts to identify improvement opportunities, analyze data trends, and implement solutions. How You'll Contribute

  • Apply SQL and Python to AI-powered technologies that automate workflows, analyze data, and improve decision-making.
  • Assist in developing predictive analytics and machine learning models to provide data-driven insights and support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and recommend innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by integrating AI tools, optimizing data pipelines, and implementing guidelines for process reengineering and analytics.
  • Map, document, and analyze business processes and data flows to find opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

How You're Qualified

  • Four or more years of experience in computer science, information systems, data analytics, business administration or other relevant experience.
  • A degree(s) in computer science, information systems, data analytics, business administration or a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

How You'll Stand Out

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Understanding of data flow concepts (ETL processes, system integrations, data pipelines).
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) backed by foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of AI tools to enhance workflow optimization.
