#LPJob Summary:This role supports senior scientists in developing and validating drug product manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for executing experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to documentation for technology transfers. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory and production scale experiments.
- Analyze and document technical data and experimental results.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and protocols.
- Coordinate activities for process validation and technology transfer.
- Communicate experimental findings to stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong scientific and technical execution abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred, with a focus on drug product development or manufacturing processes.
