  • Play a key role in supporting the development of next-generation LED components.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in process development, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, semiconductor processing, LED technology, or a related technical environment.
  • Ability to collect and analyze technical data, interpret results, and support data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong hands-on problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a development or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently with general guidance and escalate issues or risks when appropriate.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
