Job Description

·                     Lead the introduction of new parts and processes into full-scale production environments

·                     Collaborate with technicians to set up molds and troubleshoot rubber injection molding processes

·                     Develop and optimize process parameters and techniques to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product lines

·                     Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production line issues

·                     Drive product line reliability while achieving cost savings through scrap reduction initiatives

·                     Mentor, coach, and train a team of process technicians to enhance their technical capabilities

Key Requirements 

·                     Experience in rubber or plastics manufacturing is highly preferred; strong manufacturing leaders will also be considered

·                     BS degree in Engineering preferred
