Manufacturing Medical Company in Carlsbad, CA is currently hiring for a Process Engineer. The right candidate will be responsible for the following.
The Process Sustaining Engineer supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining process stability, improving equipment performance, and supporting production in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Requirements:- The Engineer works cross-functionally to identify and resolve electromechanical issues, support process optimization, and ensure accurate documentation of all activities.
- Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs.
- Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Strong documentation skills Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Engineer roles are hands-on and require electromechanical troubleshooting experience.
- For Engineers, entry-level candidates can be trained, but prior experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing is beneficial.
