Job Description Summary As a Process Engineer - Engine Assembly, you will play a key role in owning and improving production assembly processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery across the LM2500, LM6000, CF6, and LMS100 programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the product and the people building it — working directly on the shop floor to solve problems in real time, improve processes, and help teams succeed. You will be a hands‑on operational leader, partnering with cross‑functional teams to evaluate non‑conformances, drive root‑cause and corrective action, and implement improvements using FLIGHT DECK, our Lean operating framework.
