Salary $70,000 – $90,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Wisconsin

Responsibilities for you as the Process Engineer:
·Support process optimization and quality improvements
·Assist with product trials and supplier coordination
·Analyze production data and help resolve issues
·Work closely with operations and quality teams
·Contribute to safety and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum qualifications for this Process Engineer:
·BS in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or related field
·At least an internship to 3 years of experience
·Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
·Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
