Job Description
Lead/participate in projects to improve processes, reduce downtime, and improve safety
Perform time studies and line balancing
3D modeling for the design of plant floor layouts and setup of new machine cells
Implement new machinery and tooling for production as needed
Work cross-functionally with Quality and Product Engineering to support new product launches, perform PFMEAs, and address production issues
Play a key role on APQP team, ensuring feasibility and quality of manufacturing new products
Assist with value stream mapping

The Successful Applicant
Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred
1-2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, exposure to electromechanical assembly is a plus but not required
Experience leading and/or participating in continuous improvement projects
Comfortable/familiar in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Familiarity with ISO9001 standards and regulations
Exposure to new product launch projects, including APQP is a plus
Safety background
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

What's on Offer
Base salary $75,000-$90,000 depending on level of experience
Discretionary annual bonus based on personal metrics and company performance

2 weeks PTO, increasing to 4 weeks PTO after 5 years with the organization
