Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, chemical manufacturing, or continuous improvement-focused manufacturing roles. Strong understanding of process optimization, process validation, statistical analysis, and manufacturing best practices. Experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance. Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, and technical documentation. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis tools. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Hands-on approach with the ability to spend significant time on the manufacturing floor supporting operations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
