Position Summary
The Process Engineer I will support the development, documentation, and improvement of manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes for server platforms, specialized hardware, software applications, and related technology products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and update manufacturing test and assembly work instructions.
- Build products to validate manufacturing processes and documentation.
- Assist with manufacturing and testing process design.
- Review and implement engineering change orders.
- Review bills of materials for accuracy and approval.
- Perform mechanical rework associated with engineering changes.
- Calibrate process equipment according to ISO requirements.
- Ensure finished products meet specifications and BOM requirements.
- Support product-readiness reviews and multiple engineering projects.
- Analyze manufacturing problems and recommend practical solutions.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- One to three years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with work instructions, manufacturing processes, or process-control plans.
- Ability to interpret bills of materials and engineering change orders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
