Job Title: Process Engineer (Greenfield Project)
Location: North Carolina (Onsite)
Job Overview: We are looking for a Process Engineer to support a greenfield construction project. This role is focused on engineering design review, installation verification, and ensuring systems are built according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with construction or engineering firms and be comfortable operating in a project-based environment rather than manufacturing or production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify engineering designs against project requirements
- Support equipment and system installation during the construction phase
- Act as a system owner for assigned process areas or equipment
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams
- Ensure systems meet design specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines and support on-time delivery
- Identify and resolve technical issues during design and installation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working with construction or engineering companies
- Strong knowledge of design review and installation verification
- Ability to manage system ownership responsibilities
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with greenfield or large capital projects
- Familiarity with project execution and site-based engineering work
